Refund Policy

No Refunds on Orders

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on meat products due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products.

Exception: Compromised Package Integrity
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the seal on our packaging is broken upon delivery. Our products are vacuum sealed in film. If you receive a product with:

  • A broken or compromised seal
  • Torn or damaged packaging
  • Evidence of tampering

Please contact us immediately at our Contact Us page with photos of the damaged packaging.

Claim Process for Damaged Seals

1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and seal
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
4. Do not consume the product if the seal is compromised
5. We will review your claim and issue a replacement or refund if approved

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot offer refunds or returns for: (not limited to)

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Failure to retrieve package from carrier facility
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products with intact seals (no damage or compromise)

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Be available to receive shipment
  • Inspect package immediately upon delivery
  • Refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon receipt
  • Store products properly after delivery
  • Contact us within 24 hours of any issues
