Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule
All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure optimal product freshness and quality. Orders placed after Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Method
We ship at a minimum via UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure timely delivery of our cured meat products. UPS Next Day Air is optionally available at checkout.
Packaging
- All products are vacuum sealed in film to ensure airtight, contamination-free delivery
- Products are shipped in corrugated boxes with sealed insulation and cold gel packs to ensure optimal product freshness.
- Our cured meats are shelf-stable during the shipping process
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery is 2 business days from ship date. Please note:
- Orders ship Monday/Tuesday only
- Weekend and holiday delays may extend delivery time
- We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control
Upon Delivery
Important: Immediately refrigerate or freeze products upon arrival to maintain quality and freshness.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all states within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
